Five ladies, one interest, and the strong bond of friendshipWhen five youthful mothers–Frankie, Linda, Kath, Brett–first, and Friend fulfill in a community playground in the late-1960s, their discussions focus on marriage, raising kids, and a shared love of books. The other night, because they assemble to look at the Miss America Contest, Linda confesses that the Thursday Siblings Publishing Culture comes into the world, and she wants to create a book himself. The five ladies gradually, and usually grudgingly, begin discussing their work, moving websites into typewriters, and completing publications. Along the way, they discover the changing world around them: the Vietnam Conflict, the race for the moon, and a movement that challenges everything they think about themselves.
