In a town just for fairies, Rainbowville has superbly tinted bushes, glistening skyscrapers that seem like crystal, and fairies skateboarding in midair. It's decidedly NOT the type of location that Betty loves. Nevertheless she picks her up from school, when Ellie’s Grandma Knottleweed-Eversprightly discovers that she's a Fairy School drop-out and enrolls her in Rainbowville’s Fairy Boarding School. Fairy College hasn't been simple for Betty.
