Description

For sixty years Jewish refugees and their descendants have excelled in the Federal Area of Sitka, a "short-term" safe-haven produced in the aftermath of the Holocaust and the surprising 1948 fall of the new state-of Israel. The Jews of the Sitka Area have developed their very own little world inside the Alaskan panhandle, a complicated and lively frontier town that goes to the music of Yiddish. However now the Area is placed to return to Alaskan handle, and their desire is visiting a finish.
