Description

Japan’s missing decade has left a large number of people displaced, scraping by in cardboard containers and areas throughout Tokyo. A private investigator is hired by his brother, when one of these simple neglected men is killed. To obtain the killer, he must face yakuza violence, police apathy, and the silence of the down-and-out themselves.
