Description

Monica Dickens's novel starts in a Juvenile judge in London. Among the youthful offenders is just a sixteen-year-old woman, Kate, who's referred to as being looking for safety and care. Within the courtroom is just a woman just somewhat older, Emma, daughter of the magistrate. From her experience of available with a social worker on his calls that adolescents are known by her and, more significant, young children are daily put through neglect and violence and that "protection and care" can't be recommended like National Health discomfort.
