On a blustery April morning, the peaceful, instead personal spouse of the physician finds that her husband hasbeen having an affair. Minutes later, diverted perhaps by her own ideas and driving along a winding country highway, perhaps blinded by daylight, she does not observe sixty-one-year-old Ruth Mitchell up ahead, using her bike. She is hit by her, killing her instantly. And pushes away.The hit-and-run motorist is never discovered.
