Description

While browsing Monticello for the bicentennial celebration of Thomas Jefferson's presidency, Homer Kelly is annoyed to find out our next president in big trouble with historians within the problems of slavery and Sally Hemings. Meanwhile, Thomas Dean, a trespasser, is troubling the job of Homer's former pupil, Fern Fisher, who's battling to displace Jefferson's status. On top of anything else, a serial-killer who preys on ladies is on the loose. Homer, continuous friend of the underdog, assumes his situation, when Tom Dean is charged as a suspect.
