The disaster -prone Mildred, witch in education, travels in for a brandname-new experience which makes an ideal Halloween treat.Mildred is beginning her third-year at Neglect Cackle’s School for Wizards with high hopes of increasing her klutzy report. But that’s before a curling-iron disaster brings her to test with a hair-rising concoction with hair-raising effects.
