Description
Natsume Soseki is better known for his book Kokoro, a term which literally means "heart", and has colors of meaning which could be interpreted as "the heart of things" or "sensation". The job handles the move from standard Western culture for the modern-era, by discovering the friendship between a man and an older man he calls "Sensei" (or instructor). It continues the theme of seclusion created in Soseki's earlier works. Additional important themes in the book range from the changing roles, the changing situations and beliefs of ladies, and intergenerational change in identification, the part of family, the significance of the home versus the team, the price of weakness, and beliefs.
