Description

The tale starts with WPC Kate Timber working through the records of New Scotland Yard (present day). She discovers some records on an incident, the reality which were never made public, On Christmas Eve 1888 Main Inspector Herbert Kitchener comes within an Edinburgh Police Stop. He's been delivered to reconnoitre the different Places for Queen Victoria's Christmas Vacation. Although within the Stop information comes through of the difficulty in the Bell Rock Lighthouse.
