Halloween, 1963. They call him the Oct Child, or Ol’ Hacksaw Encounter, or Sawtooth Port. Regardless of the title, everyone in this little Midwestern city knows who he's. How he increases in the cornfields each Halloween, a butcher knife in his hand, and makes his way toward city, where gangs of young kids excitedly await their opportunity to face the renowned headache.
