Description

In 1986 General Gogol created a risk to prevent complete atomic crisis. Within months his solution had been delivered to the Arctic Sea. Decades later, Richard Mariner is commissioned to pull an iceberg to some famine-affected condition - unacquainted with the disease at its center. Others aren't so uninformed.
