Description

Thea Osborne and her faithful spaniel, Hepzie, took on another house-sitting job, this time around in the peaceful village of Temple Guiting. Detective Superintendent Phil Hollis is getting excited about the pair's twelve months anniversary honoring and visiting for a night or two, but a slipped disk in Phil's back quickly puts a finish with their intimate weekend. Having a cop on the picture isn't completely needless in the small town, because it works out. A couple of days to their stay, a heap of human bones are found in the bottom of an uprooted tree.
