Description

As two locations get ready for a global-wide battle, a little number of Alceans piece to free the Dielderal elves in the hold of the Federation. The target would be to create the elves basically vanish, but over one thousand elven children are kept captive within the four main cities of the Federation, and while their children are vulnerable the Dielderal elves won't flee. Complicating things would be the 'births' of a new breed of demonkin, the Claws of Alutar. The Paws of Alutar are single in purpose, as the K'san demonkin are billed with smashing Alcea.
