Ny cab-driver Yuri Davydov is just a negative Russian immigrant prepared to lash out at his adoptive country, which he thinks has refused him the American Wish. Being a former specialist in the Soviet Union's natural weapons program, Yuri understands just how to cause havoc in his new house. But before he completes his masterpiece of vengenance, he experiments first on selected goals.
