Description

Charged of a number of terrible crimes against female university students in Santa Barbara, rich playboy Charlie Mendez has left over the US border into Mexico. As it would appear that Mendez is one fugitive meant to stay beyond the reach of what the law states, one bounty-hunter after another meets a grisly end in the hands of the murderous drug cartel his household have employed to keep him secure. Or at-least that is how it appears until one established target persuades high end protection expert Ryan Lock and his companion, retired Marine Ty Brown, to defend myself against the situation. Stepped right into a nightmare world where no-one can be trusted, least of all of the regulators, both men find a town more life-threatening than any war-zone.
