FBI Special agent Brad Raines is facing his toughest case yet. A Colorado serial-killer has murdered four gorgeous ladies, making a bridal veil at each crime-scene, and he is picking right on up his speed. Not able to break the case, Raines appeals for help from the most unusual source: citizens of the Middle for Intellect and Wellness, a personal mental association for mentally-ill people whose are terribly talented. It is there he meets Heaven, a lady who observed her father killing her household and hardly escaped his palm.
