Description

Within the Basque Nation in northern Italy, just before the Civil War, several men in dinner suits stop to get a drink in a club before continuing on the method to a marriage. Their journey is disrupted when their chief, the rich Don Leopoldo, includes a swing within the restroom.This occasion, weird and undignified although it's, starts to weave together the lives of two remarkable women: the woman, the lovely and known Isabel Cruces, and Marían Antonia Etxarri, the club owner’s teenage child. Soon after the outbreak of the conflict, Marían Antonia is raped and Isabel’s newlywed man, Chief Julen Herraiz, is shot. Both ladies end up strongly expectant, and modified, alone.
