Description

The Sympathetic Satrapy principle an empire of forty eight sides, connected by tens and thousands of wormholes put through the universe. People, while officially "free," mainly skulk round the edges of the Satrapy, fighting to manage. The alien Satraps firmly limit the technical improvement of the variety under their control.
