Eefa Everwell employees Luke, Cleo, and Resus to simply help with the research, but Luke is on the headhunt of their own: he’s trying to find a head left out by Shout Street’s first skeleton citizen. Obviously, Sir Otto Giggle is decided to circumvent the group — and when he starts a Frankenstein-esque creature, it’s all-they may do to maintain their very own brains!
