Description

The passage of the Hungarian prime minister before he can realize his imagine a fascist state has little impact on crime writer Zsigmond Gordon. Life—and death—go on within the busy old town, and a late night suggestion quickly brings him into a crime-scene in which a young woman lies dead, a Jewish prayer book in her handbag.
