Description

Nolais very little of a witch--she can perhaps work just a few ineffective periods, such as the one which allows her spy on people. But there is no cause for maintaining her insane mom--who hears sounds and is just a magnet for witch hunters--out-of difficulty. A murder is magically witnessed by the two flee from town to town until the day Nola. Which can be bad enough, but worse is the fact that the assassin might shape Nola and her mom for the offense.
