The effective Master Sargatanas, Brigadier-standard in Beelzebub’s sponsor, is sleepless. For millennia Sargatanas has dominated dutifully over an Infernal city, but he's never forgotten what he lost in the Drop. He's sickened by what he's become and what he's accomplished. Today, with a little event—a conflict with a damned soul—he makes a choice that'll reverberate through each being in Hell.  Sargatanas determines to try the impossible, to rebel, to get his way House and deliver with him anybody who prefers to check out,be they devil or spirit.
