Description

In the far future, mankind has made connection with numerous additional species: Gowachin, Laclac, Wreaves, Pan Spechi, Taprisiots, and Caleban, and has served to create the ConSentiency to manipulate one of the species. After suffering under a tyrannous real democracy, the sentients of the universe discover the requirement for a Business of Ruin (BuSab) to slow the wheels of government, therefore stopping it from legislating carelessly. BuSab is permitted to frighten and ruin the administrative, governmental, and financial forces within the ConSentiency. Personal people mustn't be bothered, and essential features of culture will also be exempt.
