The Night Time Climbers of Cambridge was initially printed in October 1937 having a second version quickly following in November of exactly the same year. Published in 1952, the book has since been inaccessible and has developed a cult-following with clones of either version getting increasingly uncommon. Published underneath the pseudonym Whipplesnaith it recounts the brave, or foolhardy, nocturnal exploits of several pupils hiking the community structures and college of Cambridge; making essentially, a blueprint towards the area's skyline. These daring stegophilic achievements, including such levels whilst the Fitzwilliam Museum and the King 's College Chapel, were documented with primitive final paraphernalia transported aloft over battlements, up fireplaces and down drain-pipes.
